This Christmas Pineapple cocktail is one part tropical, one part festive, and all delicious. Boozy but smooth and juicy with delightful spice notes brought by Remedy’s Aromatic bitters.
Ingredients
3 oz Aged Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Robust Maple Syrup
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Aromatic Bitters
Garnish:
Maple Sugar Rim
Dried Pineapple (optional)
Instructions
Wet edge of a cocktail glass and apply maple sugar to the rim. Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled and strain into the prepared cocktail glass.
