This riff on a Liquor 43 Flip is the brunch cocktail you deserve. Bacon and eggs never went better together. This drink is a full palate experience from the spice nutmeg aromatic to the full salty-sweet mouthfeel. The finish is sweet but not cloying and will leave you waiting for the next sip.
Ingredients
2 oz Bacon Washed Bourbon
1 oz Licor 43
.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Black Walnut Bitters
1 whole Egg
Garnish:
Fresh Grated Nutmeg
Instructions
Dry shake all ingredients for 20-30 seconds. Add ice and wet shake for an additional 10-15 seconds to chill. Strain and serve up in a cocktail glass topped with grated fresh nutmeg.
