1 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Beatnik Beet Liqueur
1 oz Cynar
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Lemon Thyme Bitters
Garnish:
Lemon Twist
Rosemary Sprig
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled. Pour over large ice cube in a double rocks glass and garnish with lemon twist and rosemary sprig.
