This Black & Green Manhattan is lightly spicy from the rye whiskey with hints of pine and herbs. This cocktail get some added fruit and depth from our Noir bitters and is a perfectly pleasant Manhattan riff.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 bar spoon Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur of the Alps
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Noir Bitters
Garnish:
Lemon Peel
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain and serve up in a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
