This Calabrian Tegroni has a great Chile flavor without being overly spicy. We paired this local amaro with a quality blanco tequila and our orange bitters to brighten the overall flavor. Slightly earthy, with notes of bright citrus this tequila based negroni cocktail is a great sipping cocktail for any tequila lover.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
.75 oz Amaro Toro
.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Orange Bitters
Garnish:
Grapefruit Peel
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain over a large cube in a double rocks glass and garnish.
