Perfectly balanced between sweet and tart this cocktail would also be pleasant with vodka. The black cherry bitters add depth and prevent the finish from being overtaken by the grapefruit and instead finishing with a hint of black cherry and dark chocolate.
Ingredients
2 oz Gin
1 oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Black Cherry Bitters
Garnish:
Black Cherry
Dehydrated Orange
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled and pour into a coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated orange and cherry “hat.”
