For the 5th day of Craft Spirits Week we bring you a gimlet riff we dubbed the “Conniption Fit” in honor of our spirit of choice here, Conniption Navy Strength Gin from Durham Distilling. The grapefruit cordial is refreshingly tart for a hot summers day and our Tiki bitters add a great depth leaning into the botanical nature of this excellent gin.
