This riff on a boulevardier is a great bitter sweet cocktail for coffee lovers. Calling on the quintessential pairing of coffee and cardamom it is evocative of Turkish coffee and delightfully sippable as an after meal cocktail.
Ingredients
1.25 oz Rye
1 oz Cardamaro
.75 oz Mr. Black Amaro
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Mexican Chocolate Bitters
Garnish:
Cardamom Pods or Coffee Beans (optional)
Instructions
Build in rocks glass and stir with a large cube of ice until chilled. Garnish if so desired.
