This paper plane has a little added herbal interest thanks to our own Lemon Thyme bitters. The character of the bourbon is not lost in this bitter sweet cocktail so have fun changing up which bourbon you’ll feature in your own variation.
Ingredients
.75 oz Bourbon
.75 oz Amaro Nonino
.75 oz Aperol
.75 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Lemon Thyme Bitters
Garnish:
Paper plane or lemon twist.
Instructions
Shake all ingredients until chilled. Pour up in a cocktail glass and garnish appropriately.
