The addition of orange bitters to this cocktail combine the two dominant variation of this cocktail while drying out the finish. One variation uses orange blossom water and the other uses more lime to increase acidity. In this version we have maintained acidity and added the orange flavor with a drier finish producing a light and pleasant flavor with a rounded dry finish.
Ingredients
2 oz Pisco
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Egg White
1 dash Remedy Cocktail Company Orange Bitters
Garnish:
3 drops Remedy Cocktail Company Aromatic Bitters
Instructions
Dry shake all ingredients in shaker for 20-30 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 10-15 seconds to chill. Pour up in a Nick and Nora glass, garnish with 3 drops bitters on top of foam.
