.25 oz Absinthe
2 oz Pierre Ferrand 1840
.5 oz Ancho Reyes Liqueur
.25 oz Half Strength Honey Syrup
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Aromatic Bitters
Garnish:
Lemon Peel Sunflower
Instructions
Rinse cocktail snifter with absinthe and dump any excess. Build cocktail in the glass and stir lightly. Garnish with a lemon peel sunflower, so beautiful flowers will grow in their place.
