Created in celebration of the February full moon, known as the “Snow Moon,” this cocktail leans on Hendrick’s Lunar Gin which is smooth and floral and adds tropical notes with the addition of Lime, Licor 43, coconut milk, and our own Toasted Coconut Bitters. Overall this cocktail is lightly sweet featuring hints of vanilla and herbs with a full mouth feel, giving way to a pop of lime and a dry coconut finish. This cocktail will certainly renew the spirit.
Ingredients
2 oz Henricks Lunar Gin
1 oz Coconut Milk
1 oz Licor 43
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Italicus Liqueur
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Toasted Coconut Bitters
Garnish:
Butterfly Pea Powder Ice Cube
Instructions
Prepare Ice cube head of time and allow to freeze for at least 6 hours. We layered butterfly pea powder water and coconut milk in our round ice cube form for this one.
Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled and pour over large ice cube in a cocktail glass to serve. Enjoy.
As the ice sphere melts your white drink will slowly turn light purple from the pea powder ice cube.
