Bright and juicy with a full mouth feel and a hint of fall spice in its dry finish. It is the cocktail fall and winter didn’t deserve but got anyways.
Ingredients
2 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Spiced Pear Liqueur
.5 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Aromatic Bitters
1 Egg White
Garnish:
Fresh Pear
Cinnamon Stick
Anise Pod
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake for 20-30 seconds. Add ice and wet shake for another 10-15 seconds to chill. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh ice of pear (bell or slice), a cinnamon stick, or an anise pod.
