We fat washed this whiskey by fat washing it with virgin coconut oil in a 4:1 ratio and paired it with our burnt sugar syrup and Remedy toasted coconut bitters. Boozy yet smooth with pronounced coconut and caramel notes. The spices from Remedy’s toasted coconut bitters add nice depth and interest to this tropical old fashioned riff.
