This may sound a bit hyperbolic, but this may be the best Piña colada we have ever. Creamy and cold with a great pineapple and coconut flavor, balanced beautifully by our toasted coconut bitters which help keep it from becoming overly sweet. The only thing missing is the beach.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Ice
1/2 cup Frozen Diced Pineapple
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
2 oz White Rum
.5 oz Dark Rum
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Toasted Coconut Bitters
Garnish:
Fresh Pineapple
Maraschino Cherries
Pineapple Fronds
Instructions
Place all ingredients except dark rum in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass, float dark rum on top of cocktail and garnish as you would like.
