A light and refreshing cocktail that will leave you thinking “why not” to another round.
Ingredients
.75 oz Aldez Reposado Tequila
.75 oz St Germain
.75 oz Dry Vermouth
.75 oz Grapefruit Juice
.25 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Pink Peppercorn Bitters
Splash of Club Soda
Garnish:
Grapefruit Wedge
Luxardo Cherry
Instructions
Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice until chilled. Pour over cubed or crushed ice in a Collins glass and top with a splash of club soda, mix gently to get bubbles down to the bottom of the glass. Garnish with a grapefruit flag.
