This is a great cocktail for Suze lovers! The gentian comes through beautifully, while allowing the herbal and citrus notes to balance out the bitterness of this distinct amaro. Our Lemon thyme bitters marry well with the cocktail by heightening some of the herbal notes and adding depth to the citrus. The cherry garnish adds a great contrast of color as well as flavor, a sweet treat in between bitter/tart/savory sips.
