Ingredients
.50 oz Pluma Negra Espadin Mezcal
.50 oz St Germain
.50 oz Dry Vermouth
.50 oz Grapefruit Juice
.25 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Down The Hatch Bitters
Splash of Club Soda
Garnish:
Grapefruit Wedge
Luxardo Cherry
Instructions
Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice until chilled. Pour over a large cube or regular cubed ice in a double rocks glass and top with a splash of club soda, mix gently to get bubbles down to the bottom of the glass. Garnish with a grapefruit flag.
