This Negroni Riff is slightly sweeter due to the split base with Sloe Gin and has added spice notes thanks to Remedy’s Aromatic Bitters. The bright citrus nose blends nicely with the smokey cinnamon aromas to compliment the bright yet moody flavors of this cocktail.
Ingredients
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz Gin
.5 oz Sloe Gin
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Aromatic Bitters
Garnish:
Smoked Cinnamon
Orange Peel
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a double rocks glass with a large ice cube and stir. Express orange peel over drink and wrap around a burnt cinnamon stick for garnish.
