A bright start that quickly spreads heat across the palate, slightly vegetal with a smoky and spicy finish.

Recommended Spirits: Ideal for mezcals and tequilas but could also pair well with white spirits in the right cocktail. Perfect in a mezcal old fashioned or any cocktail you want to add a little heat to.
